Samsung rolls out stable One UI 8 update for Galaxy Wide 8 and Galaxy A35
Samsung has officially begun rolling out the stable One UI 8
update, based on Android 16, for the Galaxy Wide 8 and Galaxy A35 smartphones.
The Galaxy Wide 8, currently receiving the update in South Korea under firmware
version M166SKSU3BYI8, is also known globally as the Galaxy M16 and Galaxy F16
in select regions. This means that the stable One UI 8 update for these models
is likely to expand to international markets very soon. The update brings
Samsung’s latest software features, improved performance, and enhanced system
stability to the mid-range Galaxy lineup.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy A35 has started getting the One UI 8
update in Iran, carrying firmware version A356EXXU5CYI8/A356EOJMCYI8. This
rollout marks another step in Samsung’s rapid expansion of Android 16 across
its devices. The update includes refined animations, better multitasking, and
improved security features. Users who haven’t yet received the update can check
manually by navigating to Settings > Software update on their phones. With
these rollouts, Samsung continues to demonstrate its commitment to timely
software support and a seamless user experience across different regions and
devices.
